  • OEM-OC
  • Oracle Solaris Cluster 3.3 5/11 for Non-DB SW
  • Oracle Exalogic Eastic Cloud
  • 1/2 rack to 8 rack
  • FAQ and DS

Observations:

  • Push hard for SPARC
  • T4 will replace/displace T3, T5 coming up soon
  • With T4-Single Thread Performance it should replace all these aging UIII+ UIV+ server
  • First time oracle include Solaris Cluster SW in the mix
  • Now ZFS appliance and Exadata Storage Cell play in the single environment
  • with th HCC support of ZFS storage appliance it should play even more import role in exadata env e.g. backup archive etc
