Gridengine updates

There are many different development of gridengine after the end of opensource gridengine

    1. The Open Grid Scheduler (or simply: Grid Scheduler) is a free and open-source batch-queuing system for distributed resource management. It is based on Sun Grid Engine, and maintained by the same group of external (i.e. non-Sun) developers who started contributing code to Sun Grid Engine since 2001.
    2. The Grid Scheduler open-source project was founded in Aug 2010 as an “insurance policy”, so that in case Oracle stops contributing to Sun Grid Engine, there is always a maintained open-source version of Grid Engine freely available.
    3. provide some update (p2 and hwloc features for core binding)
    4. this site has man page and howto
